AI/ML Product Strategy
AI should solve customer problems, not showcase technology. I focus on identifying high-value use cases where AI creates measurable business impact, then ruthlessly prioritizing based on customer willingness-to-pay and technical feasibility.
0→1 vs Scaling
Early-stage products need speed and customer intimacy. Scaling requires systems and leverage. I know when to be scrappy (design partners, rapid iteration) and when to build infrastructure (pricing strategy, sales enablement, team processes).
Building Teams
Great product teams need psychological safety, clear goals, and autonomy. I hire for curiosity and judgment, create space for healthy debate, and measure outcomes over output. My best work happens when I'm coaching others to make great decisions.
Data-Informed, Not Data-Driven
Data tells you what happened and helps forecast what might happen. It doesn't tell you what to build. The best product decisions combine quantitative insight with qualitative customer understanding and strategic vision.
